Topps Tiles


Developing an ecommerce platform for a major retailer such as Topps Tiles was never going to be a simple task.

We began this project with a thorough consultation to identify the short term goals. Using the findings of these first meetings we developed a tailored version of our enterprise ecommerce platform which Topps then began trading with. This system included some very user focused features such as an online returns procedure, order tracking and delivery options to allow delivery to a local store or to the customer's home. The system was also supported with some additional business features such as a store portal allowing any one of their 250+ stores nationwide to track orders and deliveries on route to them and hand them to the customer when they walked through the door.

Once the site and supporting systems had gone live and were running smoothly we sat down with the client to look at their medium term goals. Additional functionality such as a promotional system, some very in depth tracking tools, business reporting protocols and synchronisation tools for stock and warehouse were then implemented. We continue to develop the site and systems with Topps Tiles and support them on a daily basis.

Show Us Your Tees


Show Us Your Tees is one of Australia's biggest and most successful online clothing retailers offering a wide range of high street brands including Lambretta, Superdry, Freshjive, Wesc and many others.

Our job was to create a bespoke ecommerce website that was not only easy to use for customers and the staff who manage it, but also to ensure it encapsulated the target market market with a striking design.

As part of our continuing work with Show Us Your Tees we regularly update the site with seasonal offers and competitions to help keep the site fresh and to assist with bringing quality targeted traffic to the site. This emcompasses everything from the creative design of new features right through to implementation, data capture and tracking.

Hermitage Bay


Hermitage Bay is a privately-owned luxury resort in Antigua. Boasting 25 boutique cottage suites on the shores of a secluded tropical bay, Hermitage Bay offers customers a one-in-a-lifetime holiday experience.

We were tasked with the design and development of a unique and inspirational website, maximising impact on visitors whilst ensuring the website ranked highly in the search engines despite being in an extremely competitive market. Our solution involved creating a layout that featured the resort imagery prominently, hiding further information behind easy-to-use slide out tabs. This method ensured visitors to the site were really impacted by the strength of the client's images whilst keeping the site SEO-friendly and providing additional information to those who required it.

The launch of website was followed up by a highly successful targeted SEO campaign spanning three different countries (Canada, America and the UK), the result of which was the achievement of numerous top-positions in the search engines for the client's keywords.

QuestionONE


QuestionONE provides businesses with a unique pulse check tool to help them find out important information like how satisfied their customers are with their services, or to track and understand employee behaviour and moral levels. The tool takes the form of a highly customisable email that clients' can re-brand with their own corporate identity, sending it safely and efficiently to thousands of customers or employees. In their own words "with our software, you can ask anything you want, whenever you want, to whomsoever you want, and within 24 hours we'll tell you what's really going through the minds of the people you care about".

Once we were approached with the concept of QuestionONE, our design and development team had to work closely together to forge a product that could be easily customisable for clients whilst ensuring compatibility across all types of email clients. An extensive administration area had to be created to allow the QuestionONE team to manage, dispatch and collate the campaigns as they went out.

We also followed up the launch of the tool with a bespoke website and a tailored SEO campaign to help boost targeted traffic and make an impact in the market.
